BEGINNING at a monument on the wester1y line of a 25 foot right of way known as
"Reeve Avenue", as established by agreement recorded In Liber 629 cpo 168, said point of
beginning being South 4 degrees 49 minutes East 365.5 feet along said wester1y line from a
monument at the northeaster1y comer of land of Leone D. Howell and the southeaster1y
comer of land of McKee (former1y of Hoffman), said point of beginning being also the
southeasteriy comer of land of Pocher & Races, from said point of beginning running along
said wester1y line of said 25 foot right of way known as "Reeve Avenue", South 4 degrees 49
minutes East, 50 feet to a monument and land of Corwin;
