ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattib.lck,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as the south-
easterly one-half (112) of Lot Number Nine (9) on Map of Marratooke Park, dated
March 1910, revised December, 1913 and which map was filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk May 7th, 1914 under the file number 19, the said
one-half of Lot Number Nine (9) hereby conveyed being approximately fifty (50)
feet in width in front and rear and extended from a certain Creek to the road on
which said lot fronts.
