known and designated as lot 47, Block 2 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates",
and filed in the office of thc Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949, as Map # 1672,
which said lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in thc westerly side of Sound Beach Drive distant 673.12 feet southerly and
westerly as measured along Sound Beach Drive from the extreme southerly end of a curve
connecting the northerly side of Sound Beach Drive and thc westerly side of Inlet Drive; running
thence South 36 degrees 00 minutes West along the westerly side of Sound Beach Drive 4.84 feet;

#1672, which lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly side of Sound Beach Drive, formed by the intersection of
the easterly line of lot ~46 with the northerly side of Sound Beach Drive, as shown on map of
Captain Kidd Eslates, running thence along the northerly side of Sound Beach Drive, South 57
degrees 30 minutes West 25.12 feet, thence through lot #46, North 38 degrees 00 minutes West
200.65 feet to Long Island Sound, thence along Long Island Sound, as shown on said map, North
:52 degrees 00 minutes East 25.0 feet. thence along the easterly side of lot ~46, South 38 degrees 00
minutes East 203.06 feet to the point or place of beginning. This property is subject to zoning,

The above-described three (3) parcels being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part and to George Kalogeras, by deed dated September 2, 1998, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 16, 1998, in Liber 11917, Page 411, and the legal
description of which was corrected, by correction deed dated November 14, 2007, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 13. 2008. in Liber D00012543, Page 899.
This is a correction deed intended to correct a prior deed dated April 1, 2001 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 13, 2001, in Liber D00012123, Page 770, so as to convey all
of the grantor's rights, title and interest in and to the parcel of real property known and designated
as Lot 48, Lot 47 and the easterly part of Lot 46, Block 2, on a certain map entitled "Map of Captain
Kidd Estates" filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Januao' 19, 1949, as Map
# 1672, the northern boundary of which parcel of real property is the high water mark oftbe Long
Island Sound, as shown on said filed map and as further provided and confirmed in a certain
Judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, Madam Justice Elizabeth Hazlitt Emerson, dated
May 10, 2007, and filed on June 8, 2007, in an action entitled Chri.vtine Rivera et al v. The .Vtate of
Ne~v York et al, Index no. 06-23850.
