Bay Boulevard to the northeast corner of the

southeasterly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard;

and running thence from said point of beginning N. 400 59' 20"
E . along the southeasterly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard 100.00 feet
to a monument and the westerly line of a right of way;

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the westerly half of a right of way lying

conveyed to the parties of the second part, the full and free right

purpose of ingress and egress from Peconic Bay Boulevard and Great
Peconic Bay; but the right of ingress and egress from the hereinbefore
described premises to Great Peconic Bay shall be on foot only and
shall include the use of the beach portion thereof for bathing and
kunbaths and for embarking in and disembarking from, small boats;
provided, however, that the party of the first part shall be under
no 'obligation or duty to maintain. or repair the land or property

the land formerly owned by John Hallock situate, lying and being at
Laurel, in said Town of Southold, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boule-
Vard 'distant 64 feet as measured along the southerly line of Peconic
Bay Boulevard on a course of North 40 degrees 0 minutes East from a
point, on the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard where the same
is intersected by the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
George P. Busch and the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly
of BOcchus; running thence South 50 degrees 0 minutes East 14.43
feet;. thence on a curve to the right whose radius is 82.83 feet to a
distance of 48.04 feet, thence South 16 degrees 46 minutes East 463.37
feeet, thence South 34 degrees 0 minutes West 96.83 feet to the westerly
