BEGINNING at the southeast corner of land formerly conveyed by W. Harry Lister
to Eugene G. Belz and Edna M. Belz, his wife, which point is S. 150 47' 50" E.
3 271.0 feet from a point formed by the intersection of the southeasterly line
ofd Peconic Bay Boulevard with the easterly line of the land formerly conveyed
by W. Harry Lister to Joseph M. Connelly and Lauretta A. Connelly, his wife;
running thence S. 150 47' 50" E. 90.0 feet; running thence S. 74° 12' 10" W.
11.6.98 feet along other land of W. Harry Lister now or formerly of C. F. Lampe;
running thence N. 17° 29' 50" W. along land now or formerly of C.F. Lampe 90.04
feet to the southwesterly corner of land formerly conveyed by W. Harry Lister
to Eugene G. Belz and Edna M. Belz, his wife; running thence N. 740 12' 10" E.
along land formerly conveyed by W. Harry Lister to Eugene G. Belz and Edna M.
Betz, his wife, 119.65 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO a 15 foot right-of-way over the westerly 15 feet of the premises for
ingress and egress from Peoonic Bay Boulevard to Great Peconic Bay.

J/ TO(MTHER with and as appurtenant to the premises herein conveyed, a right-of-way
\� for ingress and egress from and to Peconic Bay Boulevard to Great Peconic Bay
\ 15 feet in width, to the southerly line of property formerly conveyed to Henrietta
Nbrmile and Marion Plarmile, and 10 feet in width from such point to Great Peconic
Bay, along the westerly line of property described in a certain deed from Emily
H. Terrell Talmage to W. .Harry Lister, dated November 29, 1951, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3298 of Deeds, page 65, on December 7,
1951, to be used in common by the parties of the second part and the party of the
first part, his legal representatives, heirs and assigns.
TOGEHER with the right to use such portion of said 10 feet right-of-way as lies
south of the existing bank and the northerly average high water line of Great
Peconic Bay for bathing and beach purposes and for embarking and disembarking from
small boats.
