WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other lawful
consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Laurel, Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE' A' ATT ACHED HERETO AND MADE APART HEREOF
The grantor herein is the same person and the grantee in Deed dated November 27,2000, recorded
December 11, 2000 in Liber 12089 cp 692.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described prem ises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successc,rs and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, eovenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
reqUIres.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first r>art has duly executed this deed the day and year first
above written.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being the westerly part of Lot No. 47 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Park, Property of
Ravatone Realty Corporation, Laurel, L.T., N.Y., made by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., New York State License No.
1404", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 5,1925 as Map No. 212, being bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of North Oakwood Road where the same is intersected by the division line
between L,ts 47 and 48 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 69 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East 160 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 20 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East 79.97 feet to the northerly side of North Oakwood
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of North Oakwood Road, South 69 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West
122.08 fed to the easterly end of a curve connecting the northerly side of North Oakwood Road with the easterly side of
North Oakwood Road;
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along the arc of said curve bearing to the right having a radius of 38.87 feet a
distance along said curve of 62.23 feet to the easterly side of North Oakwood Road;
THENCE along the easterly side of North Oakwood Road North 19 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West 40 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLlCY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the premises whid
by law constitute real property.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY: Together with all the right. title and interest afthe party of th e first part. afin and to the land lying
in the street in front of and adjoining said premises.
