paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Plroperty of Ravatone Realty Corporatlon,laurel, LI., N.Y., made by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., New
Y'Jrk State Ucense #1404., filed In Suffolk County Clerk's office at Rlverhead, New York, on October 5,
1'~25, under Map #212, more partlculariy bounded and described as follows:
C'Jmmenc/ng at a point In the northerly line of said Lot #47, which point is 200 feet easteriy from the
nc)rthwesterly comer of said Lot: #47, as measured along the northerly line thereof, as shown on said
Map, and running thence easterly by and along the northerly line of said Lot #47 to the center line of
BI"ushes Creek; thence In a general southerly directlon along the center line of said Creek to a point
where the said center line 15 intersected by the southerly line of said Lot #47; thence westeriy along the
sClutheriy line of said Lot #47 102 feet more or less to a point; thence westerly on a curve, the chord of
wlhich is approximately 40 feet and having an arc, the radius of which is 40 feet to a point, which curve

TCIGETHER with all right, lltle and Interest, If any, of the party of the first part In and to any streets and roads
abutting !tIe above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of !tIe party of the first part In and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part. the heirs Dr successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anythln9 whereby
the said premises have been encumbered In any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
ANID the party of the first part, In compliance with Section 13 of the Uen Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will rel:eive the conslderallon for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such conSIderation as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the Improvement and will apply the SlIme first to the payment of the
cost of the Improvement before using any part of the total of the SlIme for any other purpose.
