in the Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as lot 5 on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Yennecott Park," filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 51111968 as Map Number
5187, said lots being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Tuthill Road distant 693.25 feet
northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the n(~)rtherly side of
