highest sum bid at the sale under said judgment does hereby grant and convey unto the

ALL that cel1ain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Laurel in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot 45 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel
Country Estates," and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 22, 1970 as
Map No. 5486, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly end of a curve connecting the easterly side of Delmar
Drive with the northerly side of Joseph Street;
RUNNING THENCE north 22 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds west, 99.74 feet along the
easterly side of Delmar Drive;
THENCE north 71 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds east, 182.96 feet along the dividillg
line between Lots 44 and 45 on said map;
THENCE south 18 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds east, 124.44 feet along land nor or
formerly of Nolte;
THENCE south 71 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds west, 149.14 feet along the northerly
:;ide of Joseph Street;
THENCE along a curve to the right, with a radius of 26.78 feet a distance of 40.22 feet
