MANZI HOMES, INC., a domestic corporation with an office at 12 Monroe Street,
Rocky Point, New York 11778,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the
Hamlet of Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot No. lIon a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map of Laurel Links", filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 23,2001 as Map No. 10712.
SUBJECT TO a ten-foot easement and right of way along the westerly line of Lot No. II
contiguous to the easterly line of Lot No. 12 for the installation, operation, replacement, removal,
repair and maintenance of underground water service lines, together with the right of ingress and
egress to exercise all of the rights herein granted and with the right to trim roots along said lines,
as reasonably necessary, to keep the said facilities free and clear from interference on said land.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated
December ]4,2001, recorded on December 20,2001, in Liber 12159, Page 270.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business of the corporation and does not
constitute all or substantially all of its assets.
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress and egress to and from the Main Road (S.R. 25) over
Laurel Way, Laurel Court and Laurel Trail;

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires. ,
