certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Links at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York made by Young &. Young, Land Surveyors prepared 12/19/00. said map filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 11/23/01 as File Map #10712; said lot being bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Laurel Trail distant northeasterly 601.03
feet from the curve that connects the northeasterly side of Laurel Court with the southeasterly
side of Laurel Trail;
RUNNING THENCE northeasterly along said southeasterly side of Laurel Trail along an arc of
