This conveyance is made in the regular course of business of the corporation and
does not constitute all or substantially all of its assets.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section l3 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that plot, piece or parcel ofland situate, lying and being at Laurel, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 12 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Laurel Links", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 23,2001
as Map No. 10712, Abstract 1444, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Laurel Trail where same is intersected by the
division line of Lots 11 and 12 on the above-mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE South 33 degrees 56 minutes 13 seconds East, 190.83 feet;
THENCE along an arc ofa curve bearing to the left having a radius of280.23 feet, a distance along
said curve of85.39 feet;
THENCE North 74 degrees 03 minutes 07 seconds West, 156.98 feet;
THENCE North 30 degrees 36 minutes 28 seconds West, 200.02 feet to the southerly side of
Laurel Trail;
THENCE along the southerly side of Laurel Trail the following three (3) courses and distances:
1) Along an arc ofa curve having a radius of606.60 feet, a distance along said curve of61.16
feet;
2) Along an arc ofa curve bearing to the right, having a radius of25.00 feet, a distance of
27.99 feet; and
3) Along an arc of a curve bearing to the left, having a radius of 85.00 feet, a distance of
108.66 feet to the first above-mentioned division line and the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated
