the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Laurel, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 140n a
certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Laurel Links", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on November 23, 2001 as Map No. 10712, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Laurel Court which point intersects the division line
between Lots 14 and 15 on the aforementioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Laurel Court along an arc ofa curve bearing to the
left having a radius of85.00 feet and a length of78.87 feet to a point;
THENCE North 58 degrees 28 minutes 49 seconds East, 180.00 feet to a point;
THENCE along an arc ofa curve bearing to the right having a radius of265.00 feet and a length of
245.90 feet to a point;
THENCE North 68 degrees 21 minutes 16 seconds West, 180.00 feet to a point on the easterly side
of Laurel Court, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated
December 14, 2001, recorded on December 20,2001, in Liber 12159, Page 270.
