WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the

This conveyance is made in the regular course of business of the corporation and
does not constitute all or sUbstantially all of its assets.
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress and egress to and from the Main Road (S.R. 25)
over Laurel Way, Laurel Court and Laurel Trail;

estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that plot, piece or parcel ofland situate, lying and being in the Town of South old, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 17 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Laurel Links", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 23,2001 as Map
No. 10712, which lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Laurel Court where the same is intersected by the
division line between Lot 18 and Lot 17, on said map, said point also being 597.83 feet southerly
from the southerly side of Laurel Trail;
RUNNING THENCE southeasterly along the southerly side of Laurel Court along an arc of a
curve bearing to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and a length of 108.17 feet;
THENCE South 15 degrees 04 minutes 06 seconds East 180.00 feet;
THENCE northwesterly along an arc ofa curve bearing to the right having a radius of355.00 feet
and a length of219.43 feet;
THENCE along the division line between Lot 18 and Lot 17, on said map, North 20 degrees 20
minutes 50 seconds east 180.00 feet to the southerly side of Laurel Court, the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated
December 14, 2001, recorded on December 20,2001, in Liber 12159, Page 270.
