THENCE North 55 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East 157.68 feet to the northwesterly comer of

THENCE southerly along the westerly line of lands now or form.rly of Martini, 400 feat to the
northerly side of Main Road;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises acquired by Warren G. Wielt as the sole
diatributee of the Estate of Dorothy V. Wielt, whose estate was administered by the Suffolk County
Surrogate's Court File #835A 1977, said Dorothy V. Wielt being the tenant by the entirety of Gilbert
E. Wielt, who diad a resident of Suffolk County on September 1, 1977.
TOGETHER with all right. title and Inlerest. if any, of the party of the first part in and 10 any streets end roads
abutting the above described premises 10 the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurlenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and 10 said premiSlls; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granled unlO the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any wery whalever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right 10 receive such consideration
as a trusl fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the coat of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the coat of the improvement befono using eny part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if il read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
