BEGINNING at a monument set in the weateriy line of Aldrich Lane, distant 2189.80 feat northerly from the
intersection of the northerly line of Main Road (NYS Route 25) with the westerly side of Aldrich Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 70 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West 579.86 feet to a monument;
RUNNING THENCE North 18 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds West 175.03 feet to · monument;
THENCE North 70 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East 577.15 feet;,
THENCE South 18 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East 15.14 feet;
THENCE South 19 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 159.86 feet to the monument at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
Said premises known as 2095 Aldrich lane, laurel, NY 11948
Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed, dated
5/15/1986, recorded 5/2311956 in I.iber 10044 page 156 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Offico,
TOGETHER with all dght, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and atl
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or suc~_-e?~_ors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered In any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in oamplianco with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party' shall be construed es if it read "parties' when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires,
