SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, known as Lot Nos. 86 and 87 as shown on
subdivision map, Section I of Property of George I. Tuthill and others, situate on the west
side of Bray Avenue, Laurel, Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and surveyed by Otto Van T uyl, Protessional Surveyor and Land Surveyor of Greenport,
New York, completed on March 28, 1928, and liIed January 15, 1929 as Map No. 861, said
premises being bounded and described as follows:
BEG INN!NG at a point on the southeasterly side of Second Street, distant 150.00 feet,
southwesterly as measured along same from the comer tanned by the intersection of the
southeasterly side of Second Street with the. southwesterly side of Bray Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE south 20 debrrees 46 minutes 50 seconds east 175.00 feet;
THENCE south 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds wcst 89.07 feet;
THENCE north 19 dc/,.'TCCS 56 minutes 20 seconds west 175.02 feet to the southeasterly side
of Second Street;
THENCE along the southeasterly side of Second Street, north 69 deb'TeeS 13 minutes 10
seconds eas186.50 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use the right of way leading /Tom
the Boulevard, so called, to Great Peconic Bay which said privilege is contained and recited
in a deed to George I. Tuthill ct ai, from Frank Bray et aI, dated April 17, 1928, recordcd
August 13, 1928 in Liber 1368 of deeds at page 24.
