Went- worth Horton~ at Greenport, on Wednesday, December 3, 1957. The meeting was called to or~er at 1:30 P.M. with the following present; Supervisor Horton; Justices Terry, Hawkins, Klipp and Tuthill; Town Superintendent of Highways~Price and Town Clerk~ Booth. The Bo~d Sat at once as a ~ommittee on Audit. to.examine claims against the Town, concluding the Audit at 2;~10 P.M. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved as read. Moved by Justice Hawkins; seconded by Justice Terry; Resolved: That General Bills in the amount of $3~853.37~ Non-re- imbursable Welfare Bills in the amount of $11.60 ~be and the same are hereby ordered paid. Unanimously adopted. The Bond for the Supervisor in the amount of $60,O00.~written by the ~ Aetna Casualty and Surety Co. was presented to the Town Board. Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Hawkins: Resolved: That the Town Board approve the bond of Norman E. Klipp, Supervisor, as written by the Aetna Casualty and Surety CO. as to its ~form, manner of execution and sufficiency of surety. Unanimously adopted. Frost, in Orient, ~e and hereby is accepted as follows: Lot to be cleared~and graded as Mr. F~ost may~direct~ pubtie liability in- surance' to^be provided co~ering interest of the owner, one half taxes 1957~+~ to be reimbursed.
