bounded and desalbed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north side of Main Road at the southwest corner of the land herein
described which point 15 the following two courses and distances from the division line between the
easteriy side of other premises of the seller and the westeriy side of land now or fonner1y of Cecil Young:
