improvements thereon erected. situate, lying and being at Laurel. in the Town of
Southold. County of Suffolk and State of New York known and designated as Lot
No. 22 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Country Estates", and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 22, 1970 as Map No.
5486 more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly end of a curve connecting the southerly
side of Gina Street with the westerly side of Delmar Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Delmar Drive South 13 degrees
