In response to your request dated April 17, 2008, I inspected your property and
grant you permission to remove two (2) trees from your waterfront property, as
described in your letter.
Please be advised that any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary will
require a further review by this office.

Dear Board of Trustees,
My name is Robert Patchell. I reside at 575 E. Legion Ave., Mattituck. I
would like your permission to remove 2 trees from my waterfront
property. The first tree is 53 feet from the water, the second is 75 feet
away. There would still be numerous trees remaining on the property.
Taking these trees away will allow more sunshine in my yard so my
grass and landscaping can survive. Thank you very much for your
consideration on this matter.
