The plan is for a speculative building providing 20 offices. The developed is trying to get an agreement with the CR 48 neighbor for a crossover easement into the neighbors parking lot which will provide an exit directly onto CR 48. Mr. Simon presented his plan for comment related to transportation issues, in particular, the entrance and exit onto Norton's Lane. The Transportation Commission approved the plan presented by Mr. Simon. Mr. Richter suggested that Horton lane be widened near the intersection to ease traffic flow into and out of the facility parking lot. Based on a comment that the developed had stated that town code required more parking spots that the facility needed, Mr. Brashich suggested that the town consider allowing land banking in which parking spots are held in reserve (banked) in a landscaped area. This allows an easy transition should the need arise in the future for those parking spots. SEEDS Update Modeling is completed for the SEEDS project.
