Engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the award is in effect; ii. Procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that the award is in effect; or iii. Justification: Revisions are needed to the ALP to better guide future development. Over the last 20 years, the Airport's priorities, goals and objectives have changed and need to be reflected on the ALP. Future scheduled projects including the AWOS Installation and Airport Entrance Road Rehabilitation are not currently shown on the ALP. Consistency with ALP/FAA Standards This project is recommended in the Airport Master Plan and appears on the existing Airport Layout Plan. Consultation with Users Fisher's Island Ferry District confirms that Operators at Elizabeth Field have been consulted and are aware of the proposed development project. Displaced Persons Statement The airport project proposed in this aid application does not involve the displacement or relocation of persons residing on land needed for such development.
