WITNESSETH, that the party ofthe first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying
and being in the
SCHEDULE A ATTACHED
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the pmty of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment ofthe"cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

Schedule A Description
(10450 New Suffolk A venue, Cutchogue, NY 11935)
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Village of Cute hogue, Town of South old, County of Suffolk, State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the easterly line oflands now or formerly of Russell S.
Walker with the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue, which point is indicated by a monument
running thence along the southerly line of Suffolk Avenue the following two courses and distances:
(I) South 67 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 189.10 feet; (2) South 87 degrees 41 minutes 00
seconds East 477.0 feet to the shore of Down Creek.
RUNNING THENCE along the shore of Downs Creek the following seven tie line courses and
distances: (I) South 2 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds West 35.87 feet; (2) South 38 degrees 37
minutes 50 seconds West 152.97 feet; (3) South 67 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds West 68.35 feet;
(4) South 85 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds West 135.37 feet; (5) North 71 degrees 01 minutes 20
seconds West 99.93 feet; (6) North 52 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds West 80.60 feet; (7) South 74
degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West 143.60 feet to land now or formerly of Russell S. Walker.
THENCE North 14 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West along the last mentioned land 229.50 feet
to the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue at the point or place of beginning.
BEING the same property heretofore conveyed by Elizabeth M. Weild to Elizabeth M. Weild and
David Weild III as joint tenants with right to survivorship, by deed dated June 26, 1987, and
recorded in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 10, 1987 in Liber of Deeds 10415,
Page 3.
The purposes onhis deed is to reflect that the said Elizabeth M. Weild died in Pelham, New York
on February 20,2001 so that the said David Weild, III is now the sole owner ofthis property. (David
Weild, III is the son of the said late Elizabeth M. Weild.)
This property is also known by the street address of 10450 New Suffolk Avenue, Cutchogue, New
York 11935.
