BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Easterly end ofa 20 toot right or way. distant
Northeasterly and Easterly the following fi,ur courses and di~1ances from an inlO pipe set
at the comer formed by the intersection of the Southeasterly side ofsaid right llfway
