STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because applicant seeks to construct a single family dwelling approxi- mately 200 feet west of Aldrich Lane. Property has fIlDntage on Aldrich Lane of 75.48 feet, and accordingly an access variance is required. If the variance is not granted, a practical ,and unnecessary hardship could J:>e ert!ated.l and the net result would be to deny a house to be constructed on the property. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because of limited frontage on Aldrich Lane. 3.
