All those lots or parcels of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of
SCluthold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as part of
lots 26, 27 and 28 as shown on "Map of lots located at Maltituck, L1. property of Wm. B.
Ccldling" surveyed April, 1921 by J.W. Wells, C.E., Setauket, which map was filed in the
SLlffolk County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1921 as Map No. 745 being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Mladay Avenue with the westerly side of Meday Avenue at the northeasterly comer of lot
26, as laid out on said map;
THENCE south 16 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds east along the westerly side
of Meday Avenue 95.92 feet;
THENCE south 71 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds west through lots 26, 27 and
2EI, 150.20 feet to the division line between lots 28 and 29 on said map;
