erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main State Road, distant 80.00 feet easterly
when measured along the northerly side of Main State Road from the corner formed by the
intersection ofthe northerly side of Main State Road with the easterly side of Village Lane;
said point of beginning being where the easterly line ofland now or formerly Worthington
and the westerly line ofthe hereinafter described premises intersect said northerly side of
