BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed dated Jannary 3, 1990 and recorded in the Office of

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting

the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first
part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or otherwise; TO HA VB AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the distributes or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said

entitled, "Map of Southold Shores at Arshomomaque, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York" made by Otto W.
Van Tuyl and Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, New York,
dated July 1, 1963 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on August 29, 1963 as Map Number 3853, said lot
being more particularly bounded and described according to said map
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Blue Marlin
Drive, distant South 58 degrees 14 minutes 36 seconds West, 181.26
feet from the extreme westerly point that connects the northerly
side of Blue Marlin Drive and the southwesterly side of Albacore
Drive, said arc of a curve having a radius of 19.13 feet and a
length of 46.12 feet, said point of beginning also being at
division line between Lot 7 and Lot 8 as shown on said
aforementioned map;

minutes 00 seconds East, 243.76 feet to the apparent highwater
mark of Shelter Island Sound;
