Halsey, C.E. Southampton, New York, June 191911, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk Couhty, on October 4, 1919 as Map No. 745, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a pipe on the Easterly side of Nassau Point Road at the Northwest corner of the premises described herein. Said point or place of beginning being where the division line between Lots 51 and 52 on said map intersects the Easterly side of Nassau Point Road; thence running North 82 degrees 00 minutes East along the division line between Lots 51 and 52, 335 feet to the waters of Little Peconic Bay; tPence running South 5 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East along the w ters of Little Peconic Bay 100.10 feet to the division line betw4en Lots 52 and 53 on the above mentioned map; thence running South 82 degrees 00 minutes West along the division line between Lots 52 and 53, 315 feet to a monument on the east side of Nassau Point Road; thence running in a Northerly direction along the Easterly side of Nassau Point Road on the arc of a curve bearing to the left a distance of 101 feet, more or less, to the point or place of BEGINNING, TOGET9R with all the right, title and .interest of the party of the first';part of, in and to the land under waters of Little Peconic Bay abutting said premises.
