York, surveyed June 23, 1922, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport,
N.Y." and filed in the County Clerk's Office, Suffolk County, N,Y., on August
16, 1922, Map No. 156, and which said lot is further bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wunneweta Road at its inter-
section with the dividing line between lots 227 and 228 as shown on the
aforementioned map; running thence southerly along the westerly side of
Wunneweta Road on a curve deflecting to the left, the tie line of which is South
10 381 20" East a distance of 81.06 feet to the northerly line of a 15 foot wide
Right of Way; thence South 740 241 2011 West along said Right of Way 343,30 feet
to the easterly line of said Right of Way; thence North 150 35' 4011 West along
said Right of Way 44.91 feet to the mean high water mark of Wunneweta Pond;
thence along the tie lines of the mean high water mark of Wunneweta Pond the
following 3 courses and distances: {1} North 480 12' 10" East, 8.07 feet;
(2) North 640 431 10" East 51,88 feet; (3) North 130 49' 4011 East, 49.19 feet to
the dividing line between lots 227 and 228 as shown on the aforementioned map;
thence North 780 461 1011 East along said dividing line between lots 227 and 228,
281.11 feet to the westerly side of Wunneweta Road at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed dated
Dece~)er 6, 1999 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December
22, 1999 in Liber 12009 page 187,
