York, surveyed June 28, 1922, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport,
N.y.n and filed in the County Clerkls Office, Suffolk County, N.Y., on August
16, 1922, Map No. 156, and which said lot is further bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wunneweta Road at its inter-
section with the dividing line between lots 228 and 229 as shown on the
aforementioned map; running thence southerly along the westerly side of
Wunneweta Road on a curve deflecting to the left, the tie line of which is South
30 33 140,,1 West a distance of 91.26 feet to the dividing line between lots 227
and 228 as shown on the aforementioned map;2~.p;:Pfe South 780 461 10" West along
said dividing line between lots 227 and 228~ teet to the mean high water mark
of Wunneweta Pond; thence along the tie lines of the mean high water mark of
Wunneweta Pond the following 3 courses and distances: (1) North 400 13' 50"
West, 66.10 feet;
(2) North 290 561 40" East 87.36 feet; (3) South 850 11' 20" East 79.70 feet to
the bulkhead of Wunneweta Pond; thence along the tie lines of the bulkhead of
Wunne\'leta Pond the following 2 courses and distances: (1) North 190 09' 40"
East, 15.09 feet; (2) South 830 101 30" East, 63.27 feet; thence North 810 37'
40" East along the dividing line between lots 228 and 229, 134.72 feet to the
westerly side of Wunneweta Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed dated
December 6, 1999 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December
22, 1999 in Liber 12009 page 186.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting th,~ above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the rarty of the first part in and 10 said premises: TO HAVE AND TO I-IOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heir~ or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party or the first part covenants that the party of the first part has nol done or suffered anything whereby
the- said prelllises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND [he party of the first part, in compliance with Section 1 ~ or the Lien LIW. covenants that the party or the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the Improvement and \\'ill apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using allY part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
