THE EDWARD AND MA Y HARBES TRUST #1. under agreement dated

New York and Edward W. Harbcs. III. residing at 715 Hallock Lane. Mattituck.
New York 11952. as Trustees. a four point five percent (4.5%) interest in the

Witnesseth, that the party of the first part. in consideration ofTen Dollars
and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part. docs hereby
gmnt and release unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and

All that certain plot. piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements

(Sound A venue) at the southwest comer of the premises herein described

said land of Lcdsal Realty Corp.. North 22 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds West.
BLk. 01.00 1958.56 feet to land of Herbert M. Reeve; RUNNING THENCE along said land
of Herbert M. Reeve, two courses and distances as follows:

2. South 22 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 2044.07 feet to the northerly
side of North Road lSound Avenue); RUNNING THENCE along the

30 seconds West 302.59 feet; THENCE South 83 degrees 45 minutes 30
seconds West 8.40 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a transfer by the party of the first part of a

MA Y HARBES TRUST #1, party or the second P."rt. reserving to the party of the
first part a forty-five point five percent (45.5%) interest in the premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises conveyed to
the Grantor herein by Deed dated December 20, 2003 and recorded in the Office
