WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100--------

along the northerly side of Sound Avenue from a point where the
division line between the Town of Riverhead and the Town of Southold
intersects the northerly side of Sound Avenue: (1) North 810 50'
00" East through a monument 246.18 feet to a monument; and (2) North
840 00' 00" East 4.82 feet to a monument and the true point or place
of beginning; running thence along land now or formerly of Barbara
Kujawski and Audra Kujawski the following four (4) courses and
distances: (1) North 130 30' 30" West 104.40 feet to a monument;
(2) northwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the left
having a radius of 230.00 feet a distance of 98.35 feet; (3) North
380 00' 00" West 42.03 feet to a monument; (4) South 560 13' 00"
West 188.87 feet to a monument and land now or formerly Market Span
Gas Corp.; thence along said last mentioned land the following two
(2) courses and distances: (1) North 190 30' 30" West 250.00 feet
to a monument; and (2) North 700 29' 30" East 386.90 feet to a
monument and land now or formerly of Edward W. and Mary D. Harbes;
thence along said last mentioned land South 210 58' 00" East 495.56
feet to a monument in the northerly side of Sound Avenue; thence
along the northerly side of Sound Avenue South 840 00' 00" West
218.13 feet to the monument at the true point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed by
deed dated August 23, 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 27, 1974 in Liber 7702 Page 550.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hoid the right to receive such con-
sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
