Present were Chairman Ben! Member Willi~ Member G. Rit Orlowski, Jr. Mullen, Jr. Latham, Jr. James Bryer, Mr. Thomas S~ reconsiderat~ acres locate( proposal pre% Planner s and Mr. Angel, esq were present to discuss the Board's ~f his proposal for a minor subdivision of 2 lots on 3.75 Narrow River Road, Orient. Therefore, ~r. ~amuels' proposal was denied due to insufficient area (less than th~ 2-&cres).
