Narrow River Road, Orient. The Board had denied this
ly pursuant to Section 106-36C of the Ordinance which

Therefore, ~r. ~amuels' proposal was denied due to insufficient area
(less than th~ 2-&cres). Mr. Samuels explained that he had requested

Engineer, La~ren~e Tuthill, who was present, on the requirements for
building in ~he~ zone. Mr. Tuthill stated that the A zone can be built
