1984 at 7:39 p.m. at the Southotd Town Hall as the next reqular
meetinq for|the Planning Board.

RESOLVED th ~t the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to
grant, appro ral of a building permit within the subdivision of
~D_u_%try Clu Estates, Lot No. 32 subject to a 280-a approval
for the acc ~ss road. This is co~3ditional upon no certificate
of occupanc ~ being issued until completion of the road as per
the require ~ents of John W. Davis' report and a review by
the Superin 2endent of Highways and~the Planning Board.

the meanin~ of the term "C & R"s" which is used by the Chairman.
It was noted that this is a term for covenants and restrictions.
There W~as ~iscussion regarding the condition of the road within
the sU~divfsion of Seettler's at Oyst-erponds at Orient. Mr. Latham
reviewed C( rrespondence from Mrs. Wachsberger regarding the
flooding oJ this road. It was the cons~e~s~s of the' Board to
send cQrre: ~ondence to Mr. Horowitz regarding this and Mr. Latham
stated~tha' he would try to contact Mr. Dean~ Superintendent of
Highways.
