The condition in the ard's resolution granting final approval provided plicant file with the Plannmng Board a Declaration s and Restrictions to the effect that the remianing property to the west of the two lot minor subdivision her subdivided. The applican'ts attorney filed a . However, it did not explicitly contain the estriction. Apparently, no further action has by the Planning Board. The zoning Code permits the of the lots on the m~nor subdivision with a minimum 40,000 sq. ft.
