The Planning Board noted that the parcel is contiguous t? another parcel zOned business and the owners of this .piece ~re appearing before the Board for a presubmission conference. It was questioned if Mr. Horton's request had an]'thing to do with the piece owned by WBW Corp. Mr. HO]'ton stated that the intention was to sell his land t( the WBW Corp. subject to the change of zone approv~l in order that they could construct office and ~edica2 buildings. He explained that even though it was contincent to the piece for which they are seeking site plan approvi 1 it is not related to it at all. The Board noted ~hat the parcel of WBW Co~p had insufficient area and wondered if it was a calculation error or if Mr. Horton's parcel was intended to enlarge it for site plan approval. He stated that if the change of zone from A to ~ was approved there Would be a seperate application. The Board requested that M~. Horton stake the property for a field inspection.
