MULLEN, Jr. Southold, N.Y. 11971 TELEPHONE 765- 1938 A regular meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held at 7;30 p.m., Monday, February 6, 1984 at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold. Present were: Chairman Henry E. Raynor, Jr. Member Bennett Orlowski, J~. Member G. Ritchie La,ham, Jr. Member William F. Mullen, Jr. Building Administrator Victor Lessard On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board submit the restructure maps for the Grand View Estates Subdivision, lot No. 1 located at Orient to ~e U.S. Department of Agriculture, Soil, and Vegetation Service for their review and comments as to approving the map. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Ortowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the site plan of Dr, Lizews~i located in Cutchogue for the construction of a Dental Office. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen It was also noted that the property of Dr. L±zewski's site plan is owned by Mrs. Mary Ann Lizewski. 2/6/84 ~'~ ~Page. 2 On a motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Latham it was RESOLVED THAT the Southold Town Planning Board set 7:30 p.m. at March 12, 1984 at the Town Hall~ Main Road Southold as the time and place for a public hearing on the question for the approval of the final map of Homestead Acres located at Greenport. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Latham it was RESOLVED that the Southotd Town Planning Board accept the engineer's report on the subdivision of Homestead Acres located at Greenport. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to the Town Board the bond estimate prepared by Lawrence Tuthill in the amount of $250,000 for roads and improvements within the subdivision of Homestead Acres, located at Greenport. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board accept the enqineer's report on the subdivision of Settler's at Oysterponds located at Orient. Vote of the Boar~: Ayesr Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen 2/6/84 .... ~ge 3 On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it' was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set..8:15 p.m., March 12. 1984 at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for a public hearing on the question of approval of the final maps of the subdivision of Hiqhpoint at R~t Marion~ Section II located at East Marion. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mu~llen The Board has requested that Mr. Randall Woodward prepare a bond estimate for Highpoint at East Marion, SectionII. On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set 7:45 p.m., March 12~ 1984 at the Southold Town ~all, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for a public hearinq on the question of aD~roval of the final maps for the subdivision of th~ Cove Beach at East Marion. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Ortowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Mullen it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to the TOwn Board the bond estimate prepared by Lawrence Tuthill in the amount of $700,000 for the road s and improvements within the subdivision of the Cove Beach at East Marion. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Lathem it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set.8:30 D.m~ March 12, 1984 at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for a public hearin~ on the question of approv~l of the final maps for the subdivision of Country Club Estates in Cutchogue, Vote of the Board: Ayes, Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board accept Inspector John Davis' report No~ 341 ~qar~ing access roads within the subdivision of Armoroy Acres. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen 2/6/84 ~ ~Page 4 On a motion made by Mr. orlowski, seconded by Mr. Mullen it was: RESOLVED that the Southold To~n Planning Board a. pprove the set off of Ca~initi and Gillispie located at Southold subject to Negativ~ Declaration from the Zoning Board of Appeals u~der the S~a~-~ Environmental Quality Review Act. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen It was the consensus of the Board that a public hearing would not need to be held on this set off of Caminiti and Gillispie. On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board have. Mr. John Davis, Field Inspector, ~nspect the proDert¥ of Peter Druh] and ~ubmit a report on the access road Within this subdivision to the Planning Board. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set 8:45 p.~. , _~arch 12, 1984 at the Southold Taw~n Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for a public hearing on the Question of approval of the minor subdivision of Robert and J~an Lenzner located at Mattituc~. Vo~e of the BQard: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen It was the consensus of the Board that the Town Attorney will be contacted with regard to what is required for the Convenants and Restrictions for the water. ~ebastians CoverCorrespondence was read from the Department of Health statihg3 that the subdivision has been rejected by this office because it fails to conform under Article6 of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code with regard to water standards. It was noted that the Planninq Board cannot proceed with the application of the subdiVision until this matter has been resolve~. On a motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Eatham it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board .~ccept Mr. John Davis! ~eport NO 339 with regard to access road materials for the subdivisiqn of George and Opal Akscin. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor,Orlowski, Latham, Mullen 2/6/84 ~_ v Page 5 On a motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Latham it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board accept InsPector John Davis' report No. 340 ~eqardinq the access road within the subdivision of James Manos. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham it was RESOLVED that the Southotd Town Planning Board ~eclare Negative Declaration with regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the minor subdivision of Patricia and Peter Lenz located at Mattituck. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Rayno~, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Latham it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself l~ad a~enc~ under the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the minor subdivision of paniel and Patricia Stegner located at.$outhold. Votes of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, M~lten On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board ~en¥ sketch ~laD appr0¥a~ for the minor subdivision of Daniel and Patricia Stegner located at Southol~, ~ue to the extreme undersized lots. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Mullen it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board have Mr. John 2~u_[s, field inspector, ~sp~ct the property of Mr. Damianos located at Southold pursuant tothe request of Mr. Edson regarding a road profile. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Orlowski, Latham, Mullen On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a 90-day ~xtension on the aDproval of the .subdivision of the_Edward Zuhoski Estate located at Cutchogu~ pursuant to the request from Sheila Zuhoski to conduct a title sea,ch on the property.
