REILLY (hereinafter referred to as" antor") and CHRISTOPHER J. '*'*' REILLY and ALISON B. REILLY (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"). NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee an easement for the purpose of the installation and maintenance of any and all utilities, including, but not limited to, water supply, electrical supply, and telephone, over the following described strip ofland: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly terminus of Smith Road at the centerline of a 10' utility easement, said point and place of beginning being South 78 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 5.08 feet from the intersection formed by the southerly line of Lot 82B with the southerly line of South Road as shown on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A of Nassau Point," filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk as Map #156, and "Map of Section B of Nassau Point," filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk as Map #745; RUNNING THENCE from said point and place of beginning South 08 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East along the centerline of said 10' utility easement a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; THENCE South 16 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 179.89 feet to a point; THENCE South 29 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 258.00 feet to a point; 3 THENCE South 22 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 88.00 feet to a point; THENCE South 02 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 58.39 feet to a point; THENCE South 74 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 45.56 feet to a point; THENCE South 75 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 8.0 feet, more or less, to the dwelling and termination of 10' utility easement.
