Improvements thereon erected situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot Number 10, on the
"Map of Richmond Shores at Peconic", at Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 20, 1979 as Map No. 6873 and being more particularly bounded and

BEGINNING AT A POINT on the Easterly side of Shore Lane where the

the said Easterly side of Shore Lane distant 311.00 feet Southerly from the
Southerly end of the arc of a curve which said curve connects the Southerly side
