Peconlc Bay, said right of way being bounded north by New SUffolk Avenue, east by lands now or formerty of
Beverly King, south by Peconic Bay and west by lands now or fonnerly of JG.H. Case estate.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements, reservations and agreements of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated May 7,
2002 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 20, 2002 in Uber 12186 page
