No person appeared before the Board to speak against the items mentioned in the legal notice published in the Tewn newspapers. The hearing was clese~ at ~;20 P.M. Moved by gustice Klipp, seconde~ by Justice Hawkins: cry ~ursuant to the provisions of Section 142 of the Highway Law, and a notice of such recommendation has been duly published as pr~vi~e~ in such action, ~w, Therefere Be It Resolved: That pursuant to Section 142 of the Highway Law, the ~own Superintendent of Highways is hereby authorized t~ ~urchass from Vail Bras., with the approval of the County Superintendent of Highways one Four-Door Packard Clipper Sedan for a total price of $B',012.52 to be delivered at Peconic on or about Nov. 8, 19~8o The ~own uperlntendent of highway is hereby authorized, suo- jest to the approval of the County Superintendent of Highways, te surrender to the above named vendor one Packard Sedan as part payment ~f the above machinery to be purchased. Trade-in al- lowance $1,012.52. Check drawn on machinery fund $1,000.00 Total $2,012.53.
