�S/r 19,94 , between David T. Case (a/k/a David Terry Case) and Marlene B.
W Case (a/k/a Marlene Brien Case) , husband and wife, residing at
12601 Overbrook, Leawood, Kansas 66209, parties of the first part,
and David Terry Case, Trustee of the David Terry Case Revocable
Trust dated May 4 , 1987 , as amended, and to his successors in
Trust, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other good and valuable
consideration, paid by the party of the second part, do hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second Part, his successors
and assigns, forever,
All the following described real estate situate, lying and
being at Cutchogue, in the town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, to-wit:

commonly described as 13205 New Suffolk Avenue, consisting of

BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the
northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue with the westerly line of
Meadow Lane; running thence North 76 degrees, 58 minutes, 20
seconds West, a distance of 225. 0 feet; running thence North
13 degrees, 01 minute, 40 seconds East, a distance of 300. 0
feet to the southerly line of Case Road, South 76 degrees, 58
minutes, 20 seconds East, a distance of 225 . 0 feet to the
westerly line of Meadow Lane; running thence along the

seconds West, a distance of 300. 0 feet to the point or place
of beginning. Together with all the right, title and
interest, if any, of the parties of the first part in and to

The Grantors' undivided interest in all that tract or

Cutchogue, State of New York, bounded Northerly by New Suffolk
Avenue; Easterly by land belonging to the Beebe heirs and
others; Southerly by Peconic Bay; and Westerly by land of
Stiles. Identified on tax map number 473689 116. -6-15. and
commonly described as 13020 New Suffolk Avenue, consisting of

PARCEL NO. III:
The Grantors' undivided interest in all that tract or
parcel of land, situate, Tying_ and being at Cutchogue, in the
town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
bounded North by New Suffolk Avenue; East by land formerly of
Corinne Case and another,; South by Peconic Bay; and West by
lands of Nicholas Minucci and Rachel Minucci (formerly lands
of Annie Beebe Estate and Ruth B. Case) , containing by

and lands under water of West Creek in front of and abutting
said premises, to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use in common with
other owners of a right-of-way for passage on foot over a
certain Private Road two (2) rods in width running from New
Suffolk Avenue in a Southerly direction to Peconic Bay. Said
right-of-way being bounded on the North by New Suffolk Avenue;
on the East by land of Beverly King; on the South by Peconic

deceased.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises, together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the party of the second
Part, his successors and assigns, forever.
