referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements

Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as Lot #33 on map entitled, "Map of
Harbor View at Mauiluck" filed in the Office of the Clerk oflhe Counly ofSulTolk on
AugU.~12I, 1987 as Map Number 8377.
BEGINNING at a point at the northerly end of a division line between Lot 40 and Lot 33;
RUNNING THENCE along New SulTolk Avenue the following two courses and
distances:
(I) North 83 degrees II minutes 30 seconds East, 49.21 feel;
(2) South 66 degrees 36 minutes 10 seconds East, 180.00 feet:
RUNNING THENCE along the arc of a curve having a radius of 40.00 feet and a length
of 62.83 Icet;
RUNNING THENCE southerly, Hall's Creek Drive along lhe,arc of a curve having a
radius 698.17 feet and a length of 123.01 fect;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees i 3 minutes 40 s~'Conds West, 218.84 feet;
THENCE along the division line of Lot 40, North 5 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East,

whereby the said premises have been cncumben.-d in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Grantors, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Grantors
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

above written.
