SCHEDULE A - DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
erA BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the
northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue with the easterly line of
Linden Avenue (now known as Moore's Lane); RUNNING THENCE along
the easterly line of Linden Avenue (now known as Moore's Lane),
North 6 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 126.12
feet to land now or formerly of Robert Paul Brown; THENCE along
said last mentioned land North 82 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds
East, a distance of 269.79 feet to the westerly line of Short
Road; THENCE along the westerly line of Short Road, South 13
degrees 01 minute 40 seconds West, a distance of 146.30 feet to
the northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue; THENCE along the
northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue, South 76 degrees 58 minutes
20 seconds West, a distance of 226.53 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use in common with
owners of a right-of-way for passage on foot over a certain
Private Road two (2) rods in width running from New Suffolk
Avenue in a southerly direction to Peconic Bay. Said right~of-
way being bounded on the North by New Suffolk Avenue; on the East
by land now or formerly of Beverly King; on the South by Peconic
Bay and on the west by land now or formerly of George H. Case,
deceased.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described as
PARCEL I in a deed dated June 5, 1952, from Ruth B. Case and
Corinne B. Case to Clifford T. Case and Marion T. Case, his wife,
and which deed was r~corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on June 9, 1952 in Liber 3363, page 288.
