BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Meadow Beach Lane said point being the
extreme southerly end of the curve =nnecting the westerly side of Meadow Beach Lane
with the southerly side of willis Creek Drive and from said point or place of
BEGINNING: RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Meadow Beach Lane,
along an arc of a curve having a radius of 813.39 feet a distance of 54.36 feet;
THENCE South 41 degrees 02 minutes 00 se=nds East still along the westerly side
of Meadow. Beach Lane 121.23 feet to lot 21 on map-alx>ve wentioned:
THENCE South 48 degrees 58 minutes 00 se=nds West along said lot 137.07 feet to
lot 19; THENCE South 88 degrees 15 minutes 10 se=nds West along said lot 150.00
feet to the easterly side of Willis Creek Drive; THENCE along the easterly side of
willis Creek Drive the following two (2) =urses and distances: 1. North 1 degree
44 minutes 50 se=nds West 70 feet; and 2. Northeasterly along an arc of a curve
bearing to the right having a radius of 192.52 feet a distance of197.94 feet to
the extreme westerly end of the curve first alx>ve wentioned; THENCE along said
curve which bears to the right having a radius of 40.00 feet a distance of 59.78
feet to the westerly side of Meadow Beach Lane, to the point or place of BEGINNING.

7/30/1992 and filed 7/31/92 in Liber 1~511 pg. 526.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
