The Southold Town Boar8 met at the office of Supervisor
~¥entworth Horton, at Greenport on Friday, March 8, 1946o
The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.E. with the fol-
lowing present~ ~upervisor Horton, Justice Terry; Hawkins
and Klipp~ Town A~ersey Terry and Town Clerk
The Board sat at once as a oommittee on audit to exa~ne
claims against the Town, concluding the audit at 2 P,M.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly ap-
proved as read.
Move~ by JustiGe Klipp, secnnded by Justice Terry:
RESOLVED; I~nat ~eneral Bills in the amou~at
no~-r~imbursable~welfare bills in the 2mount of $1~8~~' and
the same is hereby ordered paid.

Leander Glover, Sr. and Frank ~icBride appea~e~ before the Board
requesting permission to drive pipes on ~own owned property
at Cutchogue to obtain water for irrigation purposes. The
Board informed them that the Town ~tt~rney would lock into
t~he matter and would advise them at a later da~e.
Stanley S. 0orwin, F~q. appeared before the Board presenting
a map of Beixedon Estates at Soft,old, N.Y. for Suh.-division
purposes~
Moved by Justice Hawkins, seconded by Justice ~ipD:
RESOLVED: That the Town Board approve the m~o of Beixedon
Estates at Southol~, N.M. presented by Lawyer Oorwin.
Umamimously adopted.
The bond for Justice of the Peace Harry ~. Terry for $t,000.
was presented to the Board.
