THIS INDENTURE, made this 26th day of November, 2002, between Marc A.
Pergament, r:.sq. ("Trustee"), as Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Paul Magh87.eh, party of the

WHEREAS, by Designation by the United States Trustee, Marc A. Pergament was
appointed Trustee of Paul Maghazeh; and
WHEREAS. by Order of the United Stales Bankruptcy Court (Eisenberg, J.) dated
November 13, 2002 and entered on November 13, 2002, the Trustee was authoril'..ed 10 sell the
Tmstee's right, title and interest 10 the premises known as 5900 VanslOn Road, also known as 6000
Vanston Road, Cutchogue, New York, 11772. Annexed hereto as Exhibit "1" isa copy of the Order
daled November 13, 2002.
