said lots, part of lots and plot when taken together as one parcel are more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING lit a point on the northerly side of Brldlle Lana marking the southeast corner of the premises
herein described. said point beinll distant 298.64 feet southwesterly end westerly as measured along the
northwesterly and northerly side of Bridge lane from the soulhBrIy end of a curve conneeling the
southwesterly side of Bayberry Road with lhB northweslllrly side of Bridge lane;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning the followln9 three courses and distances along the
northerly side of Bridge lane (1) South 79 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds west 58.65 feet to a monument: (2)
